Wheatgrass is not used like the traditional microgreens. It is consumed in a juice or powder form you can easily make yourself from the grass. The most common form is extracting its juice which is known as "juicing." The juice has a sweet, earthy flavor to it. Wheatgrass is extremely healthy and beneficial. It is known to reduce cholesterol, cancer risk, inflammation and many other things. It has numerous vitamins and minerals that help regulate blood sugar, eliminate free radicals and even help with weight loss. It is also known as pet grass as it great for pets due to all its benefits.  I sell this by tray, which yields anywhere from 6-8 oz. The subscription will be delivery every 12 days as my other microgreens are, and will come out to 2 1/2 trays per month.
